Stretchy Bendy is full body mobiliser and feel good session. All major joints are attended too finishing with the fabulous legs on a chair.
Rotation is a key movement of life. Maintaining flexibility through the spinal column is imperative. In this class we explore the body can rotate and move in natural spiral fashion.
Let’s slow it down and use dumbbells and Therabands to improve upper body strength and endurance.

In this class we have a fabulous flexibility sequence. All the important bits are targeted. Using a chair, we soothe hamstrings, quads, hip flexors & calves. Ahhhhhhh
