Floor focused flexibility creates the ease of movement to go up & down to the floor. Especially helpful for grandparents with little ons who love to play on the floor.

Functioning Feet are a theme in this SB class, adding awareness to the way the feet operate. The feet are our base of support & where upright movement begins. Attending to the toes, arches & ankles will improve function.

Lower Back, the lumbar spine needs extra TLC as we mature. Stretching tight back muscles & mobilising the lumbar vertebrae brings relief to this key area of the body

Legs get the love, with a standing stretch sequence, utilising a chair Lots of loving leg stretching

Lively Legs are functioning active legs. We all need & want these. Start here. Extra leg strengthening & flexibility in this class. A bit of kneeling so please have your pillow nearby.

Spirals & twisting are part of life. Maintaining the functionality of our joints & connective tissue is important. Just as much as stretching.

In this class we have a fabulous flexibility sequence. All the important bits are targeted. Using a chair, we soothe hamstrings, quads, hip flexors & calves. Ahhhhhhh

Exercise, Balance & Mobility - a wonderful whole body movement session with some extra strengthening & balance work. Movement is therapy for the body & the EBM class is the perfect combination
