Floor focused flexibility creates the ease of movement to go up & down to the floor. Especially helpful for grandparents with little ons who love to play on the floor.
Hand Health is given important airplay in this class. Learn the short sequence so you can give some love to your hands, at any time. Maintaining healthy, functioning hands is imperative . By performing simple stretches & mobilisers, you can have comfortably function in your hands.

Functioning Feet are a theme in this SB class, adding awareness to the way the feet operate. The feet are our base of support & where upright movement begins. Attending to the toes, arches & ankles will improve function.

Lower Back, the lumbar spine needs extra TLC as we mature. Stretching tight back muscles & mobilising the lumbar vertebrae brings relief to this key area of the body

Legs get the love, with a standing stretch sequence, utilising a chair Lots of loving leg stretching

Lively Legs are functioning active legs. We all need & want these. Start here. Extra leg strengthening & flexibility in this class. A bit of kneeling so please have your pillow nearby.

Spirals & twisting are part of life. Maintaining the functionality of our joints & connective tissue is important. Just as much as stretching.

In this class we have a fabulous flexibility sequence. All the important bits are targeted. Using a chair, we soothe hamstrings, quads, hip flexors & calves. Ahhhhhhh
Maintaining mindfulness at all times. In this class I practice what I preach, maintaining composure to keep the show running. We stretch & bend, mobilise & strengthen all the while with a big smile on our dial.
To maintain functional mobility, moving the body in all planes of movement is key. Sometimes people avoid getting down on the floor & this is a mistake. We must be able to do this movement of life so let me show you how.
